Motocross Madness Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 Oct 2026
About this policy
Motocross Madness is a mobile motocross game from JES Game Studios, operated by JK Eignarhaldsfélag ehf. in Iceland. This policy covers the game, optional accounts and cloud saves, advertising, optional gameplay analytics and purchases. For questions or privacy requests, contact contact@jesgamestudios.com. The studio website has a separate privacy policy.
Information saved on your device
The game saves your track progress, stars, best times, coins, lives, bike collection and selected skin, riding statistics and game settings on your device. Age-group and analytics choices are also stored locally. An age group is used rather than a full date of birth. A local save can remain after you sign out or delete a cloud account.
Optional accounts and cloud saves
An account is optional for local play. Firebase Authentication handles email-and-password sign-in, verification and password-reset messages. Account data includes your email address and a unique account identifier. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication; do not send it to the studio.
When you use cloud saving, Firebase Firestore stores your account-linked game progress, coins, lives, stars, best times, collected bikes, selected skin, game settings and riding statistics such as attempts, crashes and play time. Save revisions and timestamps help prevent conflicting saves. Age-group and analytics-consent choices are not included in the game's cloud-save payload.
We use this information to provide your account, save and restore your progress and manage access to paid features. Firebase App Check and platform integrity services help protect the backend against unauthorized requests. Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, app or device identifiers and service logs for delivery and security.
Advertising and your choices
Motocross Madness uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Advertising services may process device and advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, app information, ad interactions and technical data to deliver advertisements, measure them and prevent fraud.
Google's consent system presents advertising choices where required. If available, use AD CHOICES in Settings to review your choices. Rewarded ads are optional and provide the stated game reward when successfully completed. Age-group selections configure child-directed and under-age-of-consent advertising flags; child and teen choices receive restricted advertising treatment.
Optional gameplay analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase can measure app use and gameplay events such as track starts, crashes, completions, earned rewards and bike choices. It may process an app-instance identifier, device and app information and interaction events. We use these statistics to understand game performance and improve the experience.
Gameplay analytics is enabled only for players who select the adult age group and agree to analytics. New adult players can agree during onboarding; previous off choices are preserved. You can turn Gameplay analytics off in Settings. Analytics is disabled for players under 18. Turning it off stops future collection through the game's analytics controls and resets local analytics data; it does not automatically remove previously collected provider records.
Purchases
Google Play processes Android payments. The studio does not receive your payment-card details. To verify the one-time 24-hour unlimited-lives pass, the backend checks the purchase token with Google Play and records the account, product, order reference, entitlement expiry and processing timestamp. Receipt document identifiers use a hash of the purchase token to prevent repeated claims.
The 24-hour pass is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Store prices and purchase terms are shown before payment. Store transaction records and refund handling are governed by the store's policies.
Service providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud saves, backend functions, security and optional analytics, and Google AdMob for advertisements. Google Play provides purchase processing and verification. These providers may process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We do not sell account or cloud-save data. Advertising and analytics processing described above is separate from account and cloud-save processing.
Provider services may process information outside Iceland or the European Economic Area. Relevant provider terms and transfer safeguards apply. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear the game's app data or otherwise remove it, subject to device-backup settings. Account and cloud-save data is retained while the account is active, unless you request deletion. You can use Account → Delete account in the game, or request deletion without the app through the account-deletion page linked below.
Account deletion removes the Firebase sign-in account, associated email, cloud-save record and paid-pass entitlement. Purchase records are replaced with a minimal receipt-hash record containing the product and a deleted flag, with no original account ID, email or order ID. These records prevent purchase replay and currently have no automatic expiry.
Google Play retains its own transaction records. Advertising, analytics and infrastructure providers may keep separately processed records under their own retention policies. Account deletion does not automatically erase all provider analytics or service logs. Contact us for help with a provider-data deletion request. Records needed for a legal obligation, dispute or security investigation may be retained where justified.
Website support and deletion-request messages normally expire after 90 days. Private website backups may retain copies for up to 30 additional days; emailed support copies follow the mailbox provider's retention policy. We use requests to verify ownership and respond, not for marketing.
Children and guardians
The game uses age-group choices to configure privacy and advertising controls. Gameplay analytics is disabled for under-18 players. Parents or guardians should manage a child's optional account and purchases and may contact us to request access to or deletion of associated data. If you believe a child has supplied information without appropriate permission, contact contact@jesgamestudios.com.
Security and your rights
Online game services use encrypted connections in transit. Access controls and integrity checks help protect account and saved-game data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact contact@jesgamestudios.com and identify the account concerned. We may need to verify ownership. You may also raise a concern with your relevant data-protection authority, including Persónuvernd in Iceland.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above shows the latest update. For questions, contact JES Game Studios at contact@jesgamestudios.com.
