Request account deletion
Request deletion of your Motocross Madness account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the game or sign in on this website.
Include your game account email. We verify ownership before deletion. Never send passwords or login codes.
The email button opens a draft you must send yourself. You can also email contact@jesgamestudios.com directly.
Request deletion without the game
You can request permanent deletion of your Motocross Madness account and associated data from JES Game Studios without reinstalling the game or signing in on this website. Use the request buttons above or email contact@jesgamestudios.com with the subject Motocross Madness account and data deletion request.
Include the email address registered to your game account. Where possible, send your request from that address. We verify ownership before deleting anything. If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact us to discuss verification. Never send passwords, login codes, purchase tokens or payment-card details.
The website form sends your request to the studio inbox. The email button opens a draft that you must send yourself. These are support requests; submitting one does not automatically delete the Firebase account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion. If more time is required, we will explain why.
Data that will be deleted
Your Firebase sign-in account and associated email; your cloud-saved game progress, coins, lives, stars, best times, collected bikes and selected skin; game settings and riding statistics stored with that save; and the account's paid-pass entitlement.
Purchase-verification records are replaced with minimal anti-replay records. The original account identifier and store order reference are removed. Deletion is permanent: the removed account and cloud save cannot be restored, and an active pass entitlement is lost. Account deletion is not a refund request.
Data that may remain
A hash identifying a previously claimed purchase, the product identifier and a deleted flag remain to prevent the same purchase being claimed again. These records do not contain the original account ID, email, order ID or raw purchase token. They currently have no automatic expiry and are retained for fraud prevention.
Google Play keeps its own transaction records. Advertising, analytics and infrastructure providers may retain separately processed records under their policies or valid legal requirements. Deleting a game account does not automatically erase all previously collected analytics or provider logs. Tell us if you also want help requesting removal of those records.
We use your deletion request to verify ownership, carry out the request and confirm the result. Website messages normally expire after 90 days, with copies in private website backups retained for up to 30 additional days. Email copies follow the mailbox provider's policy.
Delete the account inside the game
Open Account and choose Delete account. The game requires a recent sign-in before the backend can complete deletion. If necessary, sign in again and retry. You can always use the website or email request above instead. A parent or guardian can help manage a child's account and request deletion.
Local saves and purchases
Deleting the cloud account does not automatically erase a separate save or privacy choices on your device. Clear the app's local data through your device settings and manage any device backups separately. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete a cloud account.
The Android 24-hour unlimited-lives pass is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is no renewal to cancel for that product. Google Play handles purchase records and refund requests separately from account deletion.
