Information you choose to share

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry. We process these messages to respond to your request and manage our communications, based on our legitimate interests or steps requested before entering a contract, as appropriate.

Technical information and security

The hosting provider may keep server logs containing IP addresses and request information. The website stores a keyed hash of the requesting IP address for short-lived anti-abuse limits; those records are removed after one day. Administrative sessions use a necessary session cookie to keep the dashboard secure.

Storage and access

Contact messages are available to authorised studio administrators and are automatically deleted from the website after 90 days. If email notifications are enabled, copies may also be held by our email provider under its retention policy. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. We do not sell your contact information.

Backup copies

Private backup copies may retain website information for up to 30 days after removal from the live database. Administrative security logs are retained for up to one year.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information relating to you, or raise an objection where applicable. Other rights, including restriction and portability, may apply depending on the processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Persónuvernd in Iceland.
